If we are not the right fit for your team, request a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will return the full amount, no questions asked. The guarantee does not cover Premium app charges. Onboarding is included with every subscription: guided setup inside the product and a working session with our team to get your people running.

Every platform tier is available with monthly or annual billing. Annual carries a lower per-user rate across every plan. Choosing annual saves roughly 20% compared with the equivalent monthly rate. Premium apps are billed with your subscription, monthly or annually, at the same monthly price.

Apps run at no extra charge on the Standard plan, which is included with every tier. An app that needs its own database, always-on hosting, point-in-time restores, WhatsApp messaging, or sign-in for people outside the organization can be moved to the Premium plan, recommended for apps the business depends on every day, from €61.95 a month per app depending on what the app runs on, on top of the platform subscription and cancelable at any time from the app's page. The exact price is shown before you choose it. Nothing is charged until an admin chooses Premium for a specific app.

Yes. Manage your subscription from the admin console at any time. Adding licenses takes effect immediately, prorated for the rest of the billing cycle. Downgrades, cancellations, and switches between monthly and annual take effect at the end of your current cycle, and you keep full access until then. Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the term ends.

Normal use of Ask, automations, and the activated applications is included for Members, with no per-call metering. For Builders, application creation and refinement consume credits: each license includes five app credits per calendar month, and additional credits are €9 each. Authoring automations and internal Experts is not credit-gated.

An application is an app your organization has built on Datavtar and activated for its team: for example, a department workflow app, an internal operations tool, or a customer-facing app. The application's creator or an organization administrator grants each single-app Member access to one such application, and either can add the Member licenses this requires.

A Builder license lets a user create and refine applications, automations, and internal Experts, with five app credits a month. An Admin license adds identity, governance, and Marketplace publishing for the whole organization. Every organization has at least one Admin.

Yes. Every Admin license includes all Builder capabilities. An Admin can build, refine, and govern applications, automations, and internal Experts without buying a separate Builder license.

Yes. Combine them however your roles require. Each user holds one license at a time, and each license is reassignable as your team changes.

Subscriptions to third-party Experts on the Datavtar Marketplace are an optional layer on top of your Datavtar licenses. Datavtar collects those fees on behalf of the publishing organization, so they appear on your Datavtar invoice alongside your subscription rather than as a separate bill.
